- BiasWatchIndia is proud to sponsor a conference funding supplement for STEM meetings held in India.
- Organisers of scientific conferences in India can apply for a reimbursement of upto 5000 INR in expenses, provided their speaker list consists of upto 30% or more women experts.
- We will also offer an additional 5000 INR if the event includes a session on gender equity in the specific subfield.
- Please email [email protected] with “BWI CONFERENCE SUPPLEMENT” in the subject line and include details of the event, a poster and the speaker list to be considered for the supplement.
Terms and Conditions:
- Funding decisions will be at the discretion of BiasWatchIndia.
- Expenses incurred will be reimbursed upon completion of the meeting.
- Organisers must provide an invoice for the expenses along with a 500-word report of the meeting.
- BiasWatchIndia must be acknowledged as a sponsor in all promotional material for the conference.
